Welcome to American Christian Academy
It’s a CLAM Special!
Let’s celebrate our Creative Languages,
Arts and Music in this CLAM JAM ’24 edition
CLAM ‘24 was a JAM!
Whether through music, art, writing, languages, storytelling, performances, or sharing our culture in different ways, ACA’s biennial Creative Languages, Arts & Music (CLAM) Festival was a beautiful display of God-given gifts within our students and families.
Here in ACA, we are dedicated to discovering and developing these gifts within our students and inspiring them to achieve their optimal potential. Each group worked hard all year long to develop in these different fields. We appreciate our entire ACA family for their contribution to the success of CLAM JAM ‘ 24. You are fulfilling ACA’s mission and it’s incredible to see the outcome of your efforts.
Here is our highly anticipated CLAM JAM ’24 recap below:

To celebrate music and the performing arts at ACA, we shared our most recent production from the Middle–High School Musical Performance Club:
“A NIGHT IN BETHLEHEM” – A Christmas Chamber Opera
Composed by internationally renowned Nigerian composer, Prof Laz Ekwueme © 1969.
Take a moment to enjoy this 30-minute piece, and watch until the very end to view the full list of student performers (cast) and crew. You can also read the full list in the YouTube description by clicking the “Watch on YouTube” button (in the lower left corner of the video preview below).
Happy Viewing!
Don’t forget to share with family/friends and leave a comment to celebrate our young performers. We are so proud of them all and are increasingly inspired in our continued dedication to discovering and developing God-given gifts and talents in all our students.
We kicked off this year’s CLAM (Creative Languages, Arts and Music) Festival 2024 with our annual Flag Ceremony, once again welcoming all the nationalities we have at ACA this academic year. We celebrated 20 nationalities and cultures with national anthems and dances, as each country’s representative walked across stage carrying their flag.
Throughout CLAM JAM ’24, our “Creative Languages” segments featured more celebrations of language and culture through a cultural fashion show, songs and dances, country booths, quizzes, language games, and a special French/Francophone spelling bee. We are happy to see cultural, language and geographical awareness in our students as we celebrate our shared diversity.
Stay tuned for our 20-minute All-School Flag Ceremony recap video!

1st, 2nd and 3rd Graders have been learning a lot about the USA, UK and South Africa respectively – from anthems to history to dances! Our parents joined us to participate by setting up booths from each country, displaying artwork, flags, national symbols, food, and more. We all enjoyed a taste of a wide variety of foods from all 3 countries and we’re saying a huge “THANK YOU!” to all our parents who participated!
UPPER ELEMENTARY CLAM

Our 4th Graders have been learning a lot about our home country, Nigeria – from the Yoruba culture, to the Igbo culture, to the Hausa culture and beyond! The entire class dressed up in Nigerian cultural attire for a phenomenal cultural dance presentation, followed by the national anthem.
